POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and build relationships within existing clients as well as identify, attract and recruit high quality candidates in the marketplace Business development through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging Research, source and build strong relationships with clients and candidates Understanding our clients needs and matching the candidates with opportunities with which we are engaged Hitting your goals and targets as it relates to keeping your candidate pipeline relevant and full POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Some recruiting or business development experience would be ideal, but someone with a strong retail background would be considered.
